You subtract 4 and 7 then u cross out 4 subtracted by 4 then u put x equals watever 7 subtracted by 4 equals
For 3x=12 u divide 3x by 3 and then divide 12 by 3 cross out 3x divded by 3 then x = equals watever 12 divded by 3 equals
.1 x=3
.2 x=4
I have to do the inverse adding 4 to the varible. What i do to one i do to other.Do the math.
i have to do the inverse of adding 4 to the variable what i do to one side i do to the other do the math.
For the problem #2 you divide 3x by 3 then divide12 by 3 then cross cancel 3x divide by 3 then x = watever 12 divided by 3.
For the first problem x+4=7.First you do the inverse of adding 4 to the variable. Then do the same on the other side. Then you do the math.Lasly check your work.
For the second problem 3x=2.First you flip the it.Then multiply. Then do the same to the other side too.Next do the math.Lasly check your work.
first you do the inverse of adding wich is subtracting so seven sutract four wich is three.
so you do the inverse of multiplying wich is dividing so you do fourteen dived two.
for x+4=7 you subtract 4 from 4 then wat u do 2 one one side u do to the other so then u cross out the 4's then u subtract 4 from 7 then u get X=3
you subract 4 and 7 you do the recipical i do my work x = 3
for 3x=12 you do the recipicle witch is divide so we divide 3x by 3 then by 12 you cross out 3x divide by 3 so x = 12 divided by 3
FOR 3X=12 you divide 3 x by three den u divide 12 by 3 then u cross out 3 x divided by three den X= equals whatever 12 divided by three which equals 4
you sub.4and7 then you cross out 4 sub. by 4 then you put X equals whatever 7 sub. by 4 equals
For the second problem u dvide 3 by 3 then X=equals what you get from dividing 12 by 3
FIRST you do the inverse of addingso you do subtracting so i did seven subtractfour wich is three.
FIRST you do the inverse of multiply wich is divide so i did three divide twelve wich is four.
for x+4=7 you have to do inverse of the problem which is subtraction so you take four and minus it by 4 you do that to the other side and get 3
for 3x=12 you see that you have to do multiplication between 3 and x. The rule says to do the inverse operation of it and divide on the other side of the wall. so now you have to multiply 3 and 4 that gives you your answer
